In fact, Bautech can be considered part of U.A.E. history, after supplying couplers for the prestigious Dubai Metro Project. Bautech International is an approved supplier of couplers from the Dubai Municipality (DCL) Technical Approval Certificate and R.T.A.
Bautech International, L.L.C., provides high quality couplers with a positive full tension and compression mechanical splicing system for reinforcing bars. Our partners are located in the U.K, Germany & China and assist with manufacturing the couplers and customizing the machines which are currently in operation at different project sites in the U.A.E.
Bautech International L.L.C uses technology that makes it reliable and different from other coupler suppliers. For our threading process, our procedure uses two machines. First is the COLD FORGING MACHINE, and then followed by the THREADING MACHINE. For the pressing process, our operation uses the COLD EXTRUSION PRESS MACHINE.
We currently have a large warehouse, which is used for the storage of the couplers and spare parts for the machines that are being used in operation. It is also used as a workshop for preventive maintenance of all machines, and storage of back-up machines.
